Handling Sudden Employee Death and Support in the Workplace

 

Leaders and managers play a pivotal role in guiding their teams through critical times, such as the sudden death of a colleague. This workshop equips the participants with skills to communicate critical information compassionately after a loss to families and colleagues. Participants will also practise sensitive communication through role-plays. Skills to support grieving employees and manage operational details during the grief period will be explored.
